Résumé

The authors take in examination the planning of Pavilion of Haemato-oncology of the Hospital San Martino of Genoa. This building, directed to south, belongs to a greater structure of twelve twin pavilions dated back to the 30s, with architecturalties. The study has started to reorganize inner spaces from the logistic point of view, keeping in mind of the National and Regional Law in force about hospital subject. After the authors have analyzed the replacement of some external elements, joint successively, such as safety staircases, instruments of conditioning and treatment air, at the time placed on the roof. The study focused to architectural and installation choices fit to reduce energetic consumptions relating to climatization and sanitary warm water. The estimate of the energetic performances in bound structure, has leaded the authors to use airy fronts to isolate the building without engrave on fronts' aspect. The will to use solar systems for the production of sanitary warm water enough to satisfy at least 60% of annual middle requirement of the whole Pavillion over that to produce electric energy, has been concretized in the realization of a volume of coverage, enjoyable for offices and medical studies, of which the structure normatively resulted lacking. The authors, after having compared the energetic historical consumptions of the structure, conclude with an evaluation on costs and benefits of the intervention and on anticipated times of economic reentry of the investment.
