This manual presents results of a research project that polled American owners and operators of nearly 200 cool storage systems. It provides practical information through each phase of a cool storage project, from initial concept through final operation and presents an effective implementation plan providing significant savings in operating costs by using less-expensive off-peak power to do the same job as expensive on-peak electric power.
