Résumé

The elastic deformation of the gasket at assembly status has an important impact on its heat transfer characteristics, but the existing research has ignored this factor. In this paper, the assembly physical model of door and cabinet was built by static structural analysis. On this basis, a three-dimensional heat transfer numerical simulation was performed. The calculation results show that the accuracy of the calculated temperature considering the actual assembly status is higher than that in design assembly status. The heat transfer load of the gasket in the actual assembly status is 9.3 W, 45% higher than that in the design assembly status. The heat transfer load of rubber strip-cold air and rubber strip-outer shell is large, accounting for more than 30%. When optimizing the structure of gaskets, the thermal resistances at the cold air and the magnetic strip regions should be increased.
