Résumé

As regards the supercooling phenomenon, which is an important feature of encapsulated ice systems, the decreased system efficiency due to the supercooling release of water was estimated and the performance of a release reagent was determined. The following conclusions were reached: 1) it was clear that the COP of heat storage of the system fell by 3% when the release temperature was decreased by 1 °C; 2) as a result of determinations on release reagents, Xanthomonas campestris (ice nuclei bacteria) were shown to be very effective in the release of the supercooling state, and this performance was maintained in the continuous application of freezing and melting.
