Résumé

Energy is a kind of meterial for our existence. We must save it. In past a few years, it is not very
attach important to air-condition equipments choose and air-condition system saving energy operation.
Generally, it was choose the Chiller and the FAU.(frish-air-unit) or FCU.(fan-coil-unit) etc. in peak
loading capacity, but no good ways control for air-condition system (Chiller, FAU or FCU) in
transition season. So it is run in peak loading practice. If it is controled in part loading situation, the
technical and economical targets of the equipment investment is inefficient. Now, HVAC designer
didn't think over only when the people active in room which the temperature of room is design
temperature, when the people out side must be changed to lower temperature automaticlly. This article
deals with optimum methods to hotel (500 rooms) to chiller (PAU.FCU etc) chose and optimum
system energy consumption in district of Huabei, P.R.China.
