The article provides information on legislation changes representing the reaction of the Czech Republic to the Direction of the European Union Council concerning the preservation of atmospheric cleanliness. It explains the terms that were recently introduced and indicates what the limits are for substances that are the most harmful from the point of view of their impact on human health and the environment.
