Résumé

This study was conducted in order to compare the viability of human osteoblasts cryopreserved with Me2SO and fresh human iliac cancellous bones. Cryopreservation was performed by freezing with 10% Me2SO at -80°C for 2 weeks. Following thawing at 37°C and removal of Me2SO with sucrose, the osteoblasts grew spontaneously, demonstrating that the osteoblasts survived the cryopreservation applied.
