Résumé

Fetal liver (FL) mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are widely applied in cell therapy. One of possible ways of MSCs effect on a recipient’s immunocompetent area is the synthesis of tryptophan catabolism enzyme indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO). It is known that cryopreservation enables preserving some properties of biological material, as well as changing it’s another characteristics. Therefore, the study of changes in molecular and genetic levels in MSCs after their cryopreservation is necessary to improve protocols of their therapeutic application. In this research we demonstrated the dependency of ido gene expression level in FL cell suspension and isolated CD105+ fraction on FL gestation terms and freezing program that allowed developing the cryopreservation regimens, which provided augmentation of immune-modulating activity of MSCs and consequently their therapeutic potential.
