Résumé

An intermittent chemisorption refrigeration cycle is proposed for the refrigerating vehicles, and analysis shows that the MnCl2-NH3 is an optimal choice. The non-equilibrium adsorption refrigerating performance is tested and analyzed. Results show that the real chemisorption refrigeration process is controlled by two variables other than one variable because of the non-equilibrium heat and mass transfer processes, and it is much different from the equilibrium adsorption refrigeration performance. Under the condition of -10°C evaporating temperature, 50°C cooling temperature, 35°C condensing temperature, and 180°C heating temperature, the highest SCP and COP are 105 W/kg and 0.26 respectively, which are much lower than the data analyzed from the equilibrium data of the working pair. It indicates that the analysis of the equilibrium data for predicting the performance isn’t adequate. The desorption hysteresis phenomena of the desorption is also found, and its influence is discussed.
