Résumé

In order to achieve an ecological balance in heat-pump and refrigeration plants for the supermarket cooling sector, the author emphasizes that for environmental, greenhouse-effect, and ozone-depletion reasons, the following are to be given top priority: refrigerant selection and consistent monitoring of losses of refrigerant. The monitoring of refrigerant leakage can be greatly improved.
