Capteur d'écoulement en vortex dans un système frigorifique au CO2.

Vortex flow sensor in CO2 refrigeration system.

Numéro : pap. ID102

Auteurs : HEERUP C., FREDERIKSEN K.

Résumé

The requirements for monitoring energy efficiency as well as operational characteristics for the components in a refrigeration system is greatly improved if flow measurements are available. A commercial available vortex flow sensor developed for aqueous solutions has been tested with good results in the liquid line of a CO2 supermarket refrigeration system. With quite simple modifications the sensor can be generally applied in refrigeration systems for a cost comparable to a conventional pressure transducer. The test was performed in an operating supermarket and details of the installation are described. The refrigeration system is additionally instrumented with coriolis flow sensors in the suction lines, which made comparison of the accuracy possible. The logged flow patterns are presented and analysed.
