Centrales industrielles pour la purification complexe des fluorocarbures pour l'industrie électronique.

Industrial plants for complex purification of fluorocarbons for the electronic industry.

Résumé

Halocarbons have a complex of valuable qualities and unique physical properties. Because of the thermal and chemical stability, some freons are used more frequently in the electrical industry. The experimental-industrial installations for getting RC-318 and R-14 halocarbons with the purity of 99.9995% (the part of the impurities is not more than 5 ppm) were developed in Iceblick Ltd. The absorption of the high-boiling components takes place in the blocks of absorbers, and the final purification is at packed rectification columns. The productivity of installations for the after purification of perfluorocyclobutane and tetrafluoromethane is 50 and 500 kg/day accordingly. While creating the installation for complex purification there were used original scheme decisions, which made it possible to minimize the losses of the products and to reduce the consumption of refrigerant. In the table there are the samples of the certificates for the purified fluorocarbons. The gathered practical experience was used for the developing of cleaning systems of other products, in particular for the sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) and hexafluoroethane (C2F6). The received pure halocarbons can be used for the preparation of gas mixtures, applied as a working medium in the refrigerating and cryogenic engineering.
