Résumé
Rapid cooling is recommended to decrease postharvest losses of fruits and vegetables. Cooling rate and homogeneity are affected by the package design. The effect of different container opening configurations on cooling process was evaluated and 13 opening designs and 4 airflows rates were analysed.
