The scope of works evaluated in the report involves heating ventilation and air-conditioning systems installed at Ipswich Hospital, Queensland. The works: upgraded the existing constant volume by-pass system to variable air volume system; installed variable speed drives on supply and return air fans; measure supply air quantities and re-balanced where necessary.
