Résumé
Experiments were conducted on 7 Citrus and 1 Fortunella species. The authors identified a cryopreservation method enabling these species to be successfully conserved without being maintained in vitro. Regrowth of whole plants following micrografting averaged 53% for cryopreserved shoot tips of all 8 species investigated.
