Diagnostic de terrain sur les circuits de refroidissement avec des vitesses du compresseur variables.

Field diagnostic on cooling circuits with variable compressor speed.

Auteurs : TOMLEIN P.

Résumé

This paper comes out from requirements of EU Regulations on halogenated coolants, standard EN 378 and Directive about Energy Performance of Buildings on regular inspections. Inspections on cooling circuits based not only on the tightness but on the energy efficiency of cooling circuits should be done. Different possibilities of on-line measurements on cooling circuits are compared. Detailed measurements are presented by Analyzer PA 8:7 on the air conditioning equipment with the three degree compressor regulation and compressor with variable speed. Analyzer integrates field measurement system with well known thermophysical theory and enables to get detailed information on energy efficiency and cooling performance of cooling circuit. The measurements were done on cooling circuit of air conditioning in split system and in chiller. Comparison of projected, nominal values and parameters with measured values and parameters on the step of three degree regulation is done. If projected values from producer are not accessible, they should be measured during the commissioning of the cooling circuit. Measuring on cooling circuit with compressor with variable speed under different heat loads is done. The dependence of COP and cooling output on heat load of split system is evaluated.
