Résumé

The paper describes the activities carried out in the sector of refrigeration servicing by the Institute of Refrigeration and AC Engineering (IOR) and the Bulgarian Ministry of Environment and Waters (MoEW), i.e. a training/re-education scheme for all Bulgarian service technicians and the introduction of recovery/recycling principles in Bulgaria.
