These proceedings contain 19 presentations, presented at this conference, organised by LNG Journal and co-sponsored by the IIR, held in Oslo, Norway. The conference focused on how-small scale LNG know-how gives available solutions and how technologists are improving solutions to enhance cost-effective business. Sessions addressed technology for the small-scale LNG chain and how to create and expand the small-scale LNG market. Safety and security aspects and governmental means and policy instruments are also covered
