Résumé

Results of studies of a stage of bringing on the plant of adsorptive type, designed for extraction of xenon from so-called "dirty oxygen", withdrawed from air separation plants, are demonstrated. The calculated dependences, received as a result of studies on the laboratory test bench, were approved under industrial conditions. Thus following parameters of low-temperature extraction process of xenon from a stream of so-called "dirty oxygen": temperature of adsorption, linear velocity of a gas stream in the adsorber and the concentration of xenon in gas mixture, have varied. The received results are compared to calculated values. Mean deviations of calculated values from experimental data for 15 sampled modes (work cycles) have equaled: for a time of operation of an adsorber to set overshoot= -1.2% (in a range of deflections from -9.5 up to +7.5%); for Henry's coefficient= +0.2% (in a range of deflections from -4.4 up to +7.3%); for kinetic coefficient (coefficient of the general mass-transfer)= -2.2% (in a range of deflections from -23.4 up to +33.4%). The obtained results testify to satisfactory approximating of test data on the plant by means of the generalizing equation, received earlier at a stage of laboratory studies.
