The 'Optimal Fresh' database contains information on more than, 1,500 products, including edible produce (fruits, vegetables, herbs, nuts, mushrooms) and ornamentals (flowers, foliage, planting materials). The database is intended to help people involved in all aspects of fresh produce industry, including storage, transport (by road, rail, sea and air), export and import, wholesalers and retailers, researchers, and refrigeration engineers.
