Résumé

As the standards for energy efficiency are constantly rising, industrial heat pumps and organic rankine cycles are important technologies to reduce emissions, improve efficiency, and limit the use of ground water for industrial output process cooling. At the same time, the industry is also facing an ever-increasing pressure to address climate changes by focusing on global warming substances. This paper introduces HP1 and HP2 promising new low GWP refrigerants for high temperature heat pumps and organic rankine cycle. Thermodynamical properties of these fluids are discussed. Properties of these new fluids in a vapor compression cycle have been investigated. Results show that HP1 and HP2 are promising candidates to address energy recovery market needs.
