Résumé

The document presents the quality policy applied to heat pumps in France within the framework of EDF Vivrélec solution. The quality label, known as Promotélec after the name of the organization which supervises it for EDF, is issued to homes provided with a heat pump which meets the power, acoustic and comfort performance criteria of sizing and implementation requirements. The performance capabilities of heat pumps are verified during tests carried out by independent laboratories. The installation's quality is checked during verifications on the housing site. A bad reference follow-up project has made it possible to identify avenues of improvement of this quality label.
