Résumé

The main objective of the article is to design a refrigerating system that offers an alternative acceptable non HFC solution to the banned CFCs and HCFCs without increasing the energy consumption. The new system should be safe and reliable, offering a high quality of refrigeration in order to respect the HACCP.
