Résumé

Poland's entry into the EU may lead to an increase in the production and exports of frozen fruits and vegetables. However, it will require stabilisation of basic raw materials in the Polish processing industry, particularly in the case of berries. In order to achieve this goal it will be necessary to create close linkages between producers and the processors, in the form of contracts.
