Résumé

The US government has been accused of being out of touch with climate change issues because of its decision not to ratify the Kyoto Protocol. Some of the shortcomings of the Kyoto Protocol and the science behind the US climate change stance were revealed at a Refrigerants Australia lunchtime gathering at Sydney's Ottoman restaurant last November. The guest speaker was ASHRAE's distinguished US-based expert and lecturer on climate change, Tom Werkema, before he attended the United Nations Bali Conference on Climate Change.
