Résumé

The paper presents an overview of a new generation of software (EPIQR, TOBUS, XENIOS, INVESTIMMO) for selecting building refurbishment strategies, while assessing the potential for energy conservation (i.e. from HVAC installations, lighting and other services) and the improvement of indoor environmental quality based on the deterioration state of the building and its installations, functional obsolence of the building services, related cost and financial aspects.
