Résumé

These proceedings contain 42 papers presented at this congress held in Belgrade, Serbia and Montenegro. In the HVAC profession some solutions have already been implemented and some are being studied and elaborated so that energy can be used/consumed prudently and economically: the design of "green" buildings, the use of renewable energy sources, the environmental protection from HVAC-related causes, combination of building stock with the environment, rational consumption, improvement of standards and their consistent implementation.
