This standard is part of a series of twelve standards (see also this Bulletin, references 2001-0609 to 0616 and 0618 to 0620). Each standard defines at different levels requirements for refrigerated display cabinets for the sale or display, or both, of food products (it does not cover refrigerated vending machines, cabinets intended for use in catering and similar non-retail applications, or food service cabinets). This part gives information concerning the installation and maintenance of refrigerated display cabinets and includes a guide for users.
