This standard is part of a series of twelve standards (see also this Bulletin, references 2001-0609 to 0613 and 0615 to 0620). Each standard defines at different levels requirements for refrigerated display cabinets for the sale or display, or both, of food products (it does not cover refrigerated vending machines, cabinets intended for use in catering and similar non-retail applications, or food service cabinets). This part specifies methods for the determination of test package temperatures in refrigerated display cabinets.
