Résumé

This standard is part of a series of twelve standards (see also this Bulletin, references 2001-0609 to 0611 and 0613 to 0620). Each standard defines at different levels requirements for refrigerated display cabinets for the sale or display, or both, of food products (it does not cover refrigerated vending machines, cabinets intended for use in catering and similar non-retail applications, or food service cabinets). This part specifies the procedure to test the defrosting method of refrigerated display cabinets when tested under the same conditions as those specified for the temperature test (the test is not applicable to cabinets or parts of cabinets intended to be defrosted manually).
