Résumé

The models are based on nucleation and surface fluctuation theories to study the generality of phase change processes under the action of an electric field. Theoretical analysis is carried out and highlights the effect of an electric field on phase change processes from an existing phase to a new phase. Analysis has shown that a critical value of the field strength could be found theoretically for a certain phase change process. This could be a mechanism of control of processes.
