Résumé

The article describes the research of the best combination between a treatment using heat, in a controlled atmosphere and one using refrigeration, in order to disinfect apples infected by two species of insects. This treatment would be applied during a quarantine period. The temperatures for the heat and refrigeration treatments, and the composition of the controlled atmosphere are presented in detail.
