Implementation of the Montreal Protocol requires many decisions to be made in selecting ozone-friendly technologies, products and policies. However, those choices cannot be made in a vacuum. Decision makers require specialized information with which to evaluate the benefits and drawbacks of each option, and to decide what is most appropriate for their unique situation. This guide describes how UNEP IE's OzonAction Clearinghouse can support decision makers to phase out ozone-depleting substances.
