Résumé

Room temperature magnetic refrigeration is a new type of refrigeration technology with high efficiency and environmental safety. It shows better application prospects. The magnetic material used is a key factor in the development of room temperature magnetic refrigeration technology. The article describes the mechanism of magnetic refrigeration, the principles used in order to choose suitable magnetic materials, and the development of materials for room magnetic refrigeration.
