Résumé

The development of food cold chain directly concerns people's life and health. In order to ensure safety of food, we should enhance the building and the management of food cold chain. First, the paper introduces the relation of food safety and cold chain logistics, and points out the necessity and the importance of building food cold chain logistics. Then, through comparing the development experience of f d cold chain logistics in developed countries to the present situation of food cold chain logistics in China, it points out the problem which lies in the development of food cold chain logistics in China and brings up the development strategies of food cold chain logistics in China.
