Systèmes frigorifiques de supermarché récents : récupération de chaleur et condensation à pressions flottantes.
Heat recovery and floating condensing in recent refrigeration systems in supermarkets.

Résumé
New refrigeration systems with indirect circuits and condenser heat recovery have been developed in order to minimize the refrigerant charge and to save energy. Examples of these are completely indirect systems and cascade systems with separate refrigerant circuits. Heat recovery from the condenser is a good possibility to decrease the heating cost in supermarkets in cold climates, as in Sweden. The heat reject can be used to supply water and air heating for store requirements. The obvious drawback is the high condensation temperature necessary to cover the heating requirements of the supermarkets. An option to heat recovery is floating condensing pressure that improves the coefficient of performance and decreases the energy consumption of the refrigeration system at lower outdoor temperature. Another alternative is to utilize both heat recovery and floating condensing pressure depending on the heat requirements of the premises. A computer model that calculates the energy consumption in a supermarket with the possibility to simulate different system solutions for the refrigeration system has been developed at the Royal Institute of Technology, Department of Energy Technology. The software so-called CyberMart is used in the present study to compare the potential of heat recovery and floating condensing in supermarkets. Measurements of different parameters such as temperatures, relative humidity and compressor power have been carried out in different supermarkets with heat recovery to validate the theoretical calculations.
