Résumé

The trigeneration plant for Expo '98 in Lisbon, Portugal, provides electricity, heat, and refrigeration, three energy products, from the same energy source, i.e. gas, thus the term "trigeneration", and incorporates a number of innovations, including a stratified chilled water thermal energy storage system, the largest to date in Europe.
