Résumé
The Agreement on the international carriage of perishable foodstuffs (ATP) was officially done at Geneva on 1 September 1970, under the aegis of the United Nations and within the UNECE (United Nations Economic Commission for Europe). The basic principle of the Agreement is essentially to ensure the minimum conditions so that the transport of perishable goods can be carried out in safe mode.
