Résumé

The authors developed a cryogenic device, which is attached to a standard Dewar flask, for freezing the sperm of sturgeon fish. A mathematical model of the freezing process using software was developed. The device was tested during biological experiments aimed at investigating the possibility of preservation and restoration of the stock of commercial sturgeon fish species.
