Résumé
The temperature distribution inside the reefer container affects the quality of the cargo that the container is carrying to a great extent. The more even the temperature field is distributed inside the container, the better the quality of the cargo. The temperature variation is directly affected by the position of the air delivery port and the pattern of the cargo loading. In order to find how the factors affecting the temperature field in the container, a 20' standard refrigeration container was investigated in the authors' laboratory. Twelve measuring points were set symmetrically around the container. Different cargo loading pattern and air delivery modal were carried in the experiment and the temperature values of the testing points were collected. Comparison was made after the testing and the cases of the temperature distribution inside the container were posted. According to the measuring temperature values of the testing points, the real temperature field distribution characteristics can be acquired. Studying the data from the experiment, the rationality of the container's structure and the pattern of the loading can be estimated. Instructive advice was given to improve the cargo's loading model and to modify the system design.
