ON A TENTE DE CONSERVER DES PUCES D'EAU (DAPHNIA MAGNA) CONGELEES VIVANTES A CRYOTEMPERATURE. DANS CETTE ETUDE, DES PUCES D'EAU DE 1-3 MILLIMETRES ONT ETE CHOISIES COMME SUJETS PUISQU'ELLES POSSEDENT UNE VARIETE DE TISSUS ET D'ORGANES. LES PUCES D'EAU PLACEES DANS UNE SOLUTION AQUEUSE DE GLYCEROL SONT D'ABORD REFROIDIES JUSQU'A -30 DEG C A VITESSE DIRIGEE, PUIS CONGELEES RAPIDEMENT DANS LA VAPEUR D'AZOTE A -196 DEG C. LE TAUX DE SURVIE APRES DECONGELATION DIRIGEE PEUT ATTEINDRE 80 %.
