Résumé

The effects of flowering stage, transport temperature and vibration during simulated transport on the post-production quality of K. blossfeldiana cv. Altar were investigated. Potted plants with 5 or 50% flowering rate were used. After the plants were sleeved and boxed, each box was stored in the chamber set with transport temperatures of 12 or 18 °C under dark conditions for 5 days for the simulation of real transport. Vibrations of 1 g were given for 12 hours per day. Post-production quality was significantly affected by flowering stage and transport temperature, but not significantly affected by vibration. Potted plants with 50% flowering rate showed a slight wilting of some flowers immediately after transportation, while plants with 5% flowering rate bloomed 10-20% immediately after transportation, showed wilting in 2 weeks, and exhibited longevity 2 weeks longer than in plants with 50% flowering rate. Plants transported at 18 °C have shorter longevity, but increase flowering rate, than those at 12 °C.
