Résumé

The major technological innovations that have a direct impact on the logistics of department store retail chains are RFID (radio frequency identification) systems and voice picking. Although the application of RFID technology is currently constrained by economic and legal factors, it is one of the most important aspects during the delivery and quantitative and qualitative control of goods.
