Résumé
The paper highlights the benefits of a secondary refrigerant circuit used to feed display cases, for frozen products and refrigerated ones. Particularly easy defrost allows to obtain a very constant temperature in the display cabinets. A full description of the facility is provided. The refrigerant used in the machine room is R404A.
