Résumé

Chemical substances and products can be hazardous to human beings and the environment throughout their entire life cycle, i.e. manufacture, use and disposal. Moreover, a substance can be selected on the basis of a Danish political decision on phase-out. The entries of individual substances have been supplemented with a variety of information, including that on activities which have been started or are being contemplated for various substances or groups of substances.
