Résumé

National workshops held in the US were designed to help processors of seafood products minimize contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. Attendees were from government agencies, trade associations and universities or were service providers. A follow-up survey showed that the workshop had led to modified or new controls being implemented in 80% of firms. The costs of Listeria controls were evaluated.
