Modèle de feuille de calcul pour un supermarché.

Supermarket spreadsheet model.

Résumé

Supermarket refrigeration represents a significant end-use of electricity and refrigerant in the US and elsewhere. Alternative technologies are available, or could be developed, that have the potential to reduce electrical consumption or lower refrigerant charge. Quantitative information is needed by store owners, architecture and design firms, mechanical contractors, and R&D managers to compare the choices facing them when they choose between alternatives to improve efficiency or reduce refrigerant costs. The US DOE and Oak Ridge National Laboratory recognized the need for information to make these decisions and developed an easy to use computer model for calculating the annual energy consumption and overall refrigerant charge of supermarkets using multiplexed direct expansion, secondary loop, and distributed refrigeration systems.
