Résumé

The article presents traditional systems of packing food kept at low temperatures. Universally used packing materials, such as plastic, paper, metal are discussed. It introduced the different types and kinds of insulated packaging and also forwarding, which are practical in packing frozen and chilled foods. It demonstrates and discusses ways of refining traditional packaging and systems used for packing food kept at low temperatures.
