Résumé
In this study, the viability of bacteria, yeast, Guerin's carcinoma of rat tissue, embryonic liver and human neurotissue cells was investigated. The samples were cryopreserved at -196°C, then the temperature was raised to -130 or -100°C. Cell death was increased.
