At the Plant Breeding and Acclimatization Institute (IHAR), Mlochów Research Centre, the study has been undertaken to: determine the variation in chip colour evaluated after cold storage of tubers for newly developed breeding populations; identify clones combining cold chipping ability with good agronomic characteristics.
